8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

2. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, either party has the right to submit the dispute to the competent courts located where the operating company of RubyReel is domiciled for adjudication.
